Excellent holiday complex to enjoy with the family and especially with young children. The staff is super friendly, the apartments are super comfortable and have everything you need. Incredible pools, slides and water games. They also have activities every day for all ages. A point to improve is to control the speed of the cars since practically nobody respects what is indicated on the posters, neither the guests in their cars nor the employees in their electric cars. I definitely recommend it and would go back.

Fantastic trip for our family. Admittedly, my kids are but older and some of the things are geared for younger kids but they still had a fantastic time. Staff was wonderful and the suite is awesome! I love having a kitchen and laundry in the room!

Did not want handicap room. They said it wasn't. But it was. No carts available to take baggage in. Took 30 minutes to get one. Refrigerator did not work. Had to have it replaced. Marriott Bonvoy gold member but felt like a Marriott trash class member.

Yes pools are heated
Yes they do. You can call ahead and set them up as well. AAA gives a minor discount. Pending on time of year and availability. Also the local shops in the area ie. Dennys and others offer discounted tickets as well. So there are options
No shuttle. They can & will arrange a cab if you ask. Tons on Uber drivers in the area too.
All poolside chairs, recliners, and umbrellas are first come first serve. Most of the recliners are ziptied together in bunches of 2 or 3 so you can move a singular unit.
528 to I-Drive/Seaworld exit, from I-Drive turn onto Westwood Blvd, cross Central Florida Parkway and then turn right onto property about a 1/4 mi down.
There is not one on property but there are several within 5 miles of the resort

The address for Marriott's Harbor Lake resort is... 7102 Grand Horizons Blvd, Orlando, FL 32821 Not sure if you need Harbor Lake or Harbor Bay?
yes but it is expensive. Depending on the prices close to your home, it may be beat to buy before you leave.
No they dont
Or just purchase skme whem you arrive. There are stores, markets and pharmacies everywhere.
Yes, but for each package the hotel charges you an approximate value of $5.
There's no reason they shouldn't especially since they'll be charging you for the night anyway. The important thing though is you don't want them to charge you for the night and give your room away because you neglected to call and tell them you're running late because of flight delays. Just a little common sense here.
There is easy wheel chair access all around the grounds and even the pool areas. There is access into at least one of the pools. There are 3 hot tubs, all have a special chairs that a handicapped person can transfer into to be lowered into the hot tub. There is a short set of stairs into the club house area. But accessible from another egress via wheelchair.
a
Super dark. Makes it great if you want to sleep in or take a nap.
Yes. The one by the slide seemed to be less frequented the times I've been there.
