I was very impressed by the Sonesta ES Suites - Lake Buena Vista. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm not staying on Disney World property. The Good: The rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable. My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom suite facing South Apopka Vineland Road. The bed was a king with a pillowtop mattress and some of the most comfortable pillows you'll find in a hotel. The couch, chair and dinette chairs were really comfortable as well. The floors furniture, kitchen appliances, toilet and bathtub were all spotless. Being on a highway, you'd think hearing traffic would be an issue, but it really wasn't. You can certainly here vehicles from the living room, but once you close the bedroom door, you can't here anything outside the suite. The location was absolutely fantastic. One of the entrances to the WDW property is just a half of a mile south; Disney Springs is less than 5 minutes away. However, S. Apopka Vineland Road has a ton of dining and shopping options. The Bad: Not much to say here. There was some damage to the room itself that I noticed on the first day. For instance, one of the faux drawers in front of the kitchen sink was a little beat up on the corners. But the damage was minimal, and the room was so good in the areas that mattered that I stopped noticing the damages. The TV lacks channels though so I suggest bringing a streaming device. Plus, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. We were on the second floor, but fortunately our suite was at the top of the staircase. And one last complaint, though the hotel can't do anything about this. The traffic light onto S. Apopka Vineland Road is brutal. If you don't get lucky, you'll wait a while at that light.

Hello katherinne baeza, the place is nice and comfortable, the breakfast is not good because they are only basic things just to take away, but yes, they charge you $15dlls a day to park there in the hotel (obviously you have to park your car there) It didn't seem right to me. The transport told me that it is not free, they charge you about $12dlls per person, you have to call the trabasporte 60min before so that they can pick you up... the location is good too.
The 1 bedroom suite has a separate bedroom and 1 bathroom. They are doing construction on the stairs, so you may want to ask about the status so you can have a quieter room.

Yes, there is a booth inside the reception, we didn't particularly use it because we got ours online, but you can get them.

They go to both was just there and went to both. Hands down will stay at this resort again. The breakfast is nice and so is social hour (free beer). The best dollar your gonna spend....

Rooms were very clean both times we stayed, was last there in January. Highly recommend, but request ground floor room if stairs are an issue as there are no elevators.

They do not have airport service. They have service to Universal and Disney, no additional cost.
Why don't you just take the free shuttle that have available at the hotel. Which won't cost you a dime
