Why don't you just take the free shuttle that have available at the hotel. Which won't cost you a dime
If you use the shuttle it picks you up 2 hrs. Before that park closes...that's 2 hrs of fun you lose with the free shuttle service
You could but it'll cost you serious cssh. They have a free shuttle to all the parks, a much easier way.

They have free shuttle. I used it. It was the best option.
Both costs almost the same. If u have a larger group then take a big taxi.. otherwise uber costs the same or even lower sometimes
Not sure to Universal but it was $18 Uber price to get back from Magic Kingdom
