Going with kids around Christmas. Are the pools heated? Will it be too cold for the kids to play in the pools, pirate ship etc..

Yes pools are heated

Pools are heated, but the kids water area outside the side pool is not.

The splash pad, opposite the pirate ship area, water isn't heated. Never tried the pirate ship though.

The pools are heated to about 80F and the hot tubs are at 104F.

Yes they are heated. It may be cold out of pool, but they will be active in the pool and warm. Great place for children.
