No shuttle. They can & will arrange a cab if you ask. Tons on Uber drivers in the area too.
Do the Disney bus pass by the hotel? Or to go to the disney park I will need to arrange transportation?
You can request from your pre-arrival agent a cab and they will organise one for you from the airport

Alternatively, just take one of the shuttle services from MCO and they take you to reception. After you check-in, you can ask to be given a lift to your block with Marriott's own van.
If you call your resort ahead of time they should be able to arrange a pick up depending on which locations your staying at. I know grande vista does
