Here for business. Would not go back again. Couldn't get an iron that worked. Was told I was "work order 15" at 8pm even though I had reported it at 7am. Very frustrating. I think they were more interested in selling timeshares than anything else.

I don’t know where to start. By far, and I mean FAR, the worst Marriott prroperty I have ever visited. They sent us to a room with a gigantic and loud dehumidifiers. (Find image attached) We had to go back to the lobby and demand a room change. Their answer was “oh, sorry, we should have told you about that”. People working here are like interns. We asked for towels, got them two days later. Rooms look old, poorly-mantained and beat up. A/C stops working. Horrible, horrible place. Vistana is 75 times better.

Great amenities! Awesome pools!

If you enjoy snooting your nose at the poors, and have no other real passions or interests but idolotrize materialism ...this is the place for you! 18 holes of invasive monoculture for you boring, careless old men! Women, come take your shallow Instagram pics at the public pool!

Yes in the villas. I don't know in the king bed guest rooms
All of 84 was renovated
When you make your reservations, ask to make sure. I'm pretty sure they do have availability on the large property. Honestly, I didn't pay attention as we left early and returned late.
No. Please ask the manager for a portable crib or bassinet.
Call the Marriott Grande Vista.
Discount Tickets Offered for Purchase and Various Levels of Free Tickets and Discounts for attending their Ownership Presentation.
I imagine ,18
I have no idea, but if you call them, I'm sure they can tell you. I would think probably 18, with a credit card.
@Bob Brightman is right, lots of construction and traffic slowdowns. We have been there recently. Maybe 10 minutes in a perfect world, but leave yourself twice that in reality.
15 - 25 minutes depending on which park. (We used uber) I didn't find the other public transportation options to be efficient. Remember that in Magic Kingdom you need to take the monorail from the parking lot which adds on travel time to the gate. (Also universal is about 10 minutes or less away. And Seeworld is about 5.)
Don’t know, we didn’t use them. Best to call the resort and ask them directly.
I rode out the hurricane there. It's a great place with top notch staff.
It's all about the room type and the availability at the resort. The best thing to do would be to call central reservations to book a room for you because they will not do it at the resort as they cannot change or modify a reservation.
Most due in the building I was in. They have then sectioned off so they can be singles, doubles, or three bed suites with 2+ baths and full kitchens or a kitchenette. Also we had 2 patios, one was screened. Great for breakfast or dinner. They also have suites with Washer/Dryers. Love the pool/spa-side towel check out as well!
No, only money on a visa card and points.
Not anymore. It has been replaced with an office.
We never had that problem whenever we needed any thing someone always pick up the phone to assist us 24 hour a day
Village center pool :) it was our favorite. Live music and movies at nights
Yes lots of great bike riding, walking, running areas available
They do have a coffee machine, mugs and provide enough for a small pot or two. If staying more than a day i would recommend requesting more or buying more. Or... if you ask housekeeping nicely they can usually get you more pretty quick 😋.
Less than 20 minutes away
Sorry i don't golf. Don't know if there is a golf course. I would call them. Very nice resort.
no they don't
There's a play area, kids zone, n arcade All once paid w room service, then it's accessible
There are multiple villas throughout the property and they all have close proximity to one of the pools on site. You can request being next to a pool if you would like . We have stayed in building 99 and 100 and just had to cross the parking lot to go to one of the smaller pools. If you want to go to the main pool it is a little walk but we walked down to the main area nightly
Marriott Grande Vista offers discounted park tickets. Sometimes I get time share presentations. There are many time shares besides Westgate, which is very concealed in Irlo Bronson. I missed the place for 2 hours in thunderstorm.
They do, call them direct or call Marriott reservation.
do you have transportation from the airport to t he hotel
None, cleaning done weekly, if you want extra cleaning during the week you need to request it with housekeeping and there is a charge
yes and yes
Apartment we stayed in recently had updated furniture. Cleanliness fine.
There are no age wrist bands. If you look under 30, they will ID you. They ID'd my sister (who is 2 years older than me)
Never had any such issues.
Small sink, small refrigerator w/freezer. Dishes for 2, microwave. Listed as a studio. Has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa. Balcony also.
There is a sauna pool side (pool by main entrance) and there is one in the Spa.
The first one
We do not offer transportation to any of the theme parks. However we do partner with a transportation service that we can put you in contact with.
I believe it may be about a half mile.
Yes but they accommodated us on the first floor which was lovely.
Yes there are dedicated smoking areas.
You would have to call the office to accept it.
Usually Marriott does not charge to receive packages. I would check before booking if that property has different policies.
They have an arcade, Tues/Thursday they have half price times. There are also teen activities available some free, some additional cost.
No I done it some times and its way free.
Take 5th or 6th floor. Ask for lake view at check in high floor. Also if you look west or northwest on high floor you get two fireworks show. There are three pools, so no matter where u are there is a pool pretty close,by. Were in 96 with golf course view, and fireworks every night. Bbq grill right outside too. Great place, all dishes, pots and pans etc. Well equipped. And the restaurants all deliver to your suite too. A few, but hey your on vacation
Im an owner its 10% off everything a couple of free things here & there not drinks though. When you check in they say they have a free gift for you and they take a family photo for free and invite you to a free diner. That's only to get you to buy into a timeshare.
I traded through interval and no resort fees. No other frees as far as I know. Can't go wrong with this resort. This is our third time here and we. Have never been disappointed
Not sure about the fans, but the AC worked GREAT in my room.
Well we rented a car to get ther we paid 160 for the whole week we wher ther ther was a shuttle bus that they provide also ther was a car rentals at the airport... don't take a cab because u will need a car to drive around.
It's right by Seaworld so your options are endless right around the resort
For weeks owners, you may check-in on any day Thursday through Monday.
Depending on trafic, go early if you'd like a gidd parking spot
No. Best to have your own car or a rental.
I wouldn't watch this game at this Marriott vacation property. THEY CAN COME OFF as a bit pushy as before because of the crowd size and possible noise ((cheering and clapping prohibited))
What's the Best time of the day to go to universal studios
Starting at 2 p.m.
Im here now and it all looks good
Yes. Select watch TV, enter, then use directional buttons to navigate. Should also be a hard copy listing of available channels in TV cabinet.
