Im an owner its 10% off everything a couple of free things here & there not drinks though. When you check in they say they have a free gift for you and they take a family photo for free and invite you to a free diner. That's only to get you to buy into a timeshare.
Owners get free stuff with their wristbands, drinks I think. If you are just renting a room everything is pay as you go. The 2 bedroom suites are like apartments with full kitchen and laundry so you could stock up at the Publix just off the resort.

No all inclusive, but in that area I'm not sure why someone would want it. Owners get a wristband good for discounts on some things.
No all inclusive but there is a public's you can buy and cook your own food. We ate some food at the bar it was reasonable.
