Well we rented a car to get ther we paid 160 for the whole week we wher ther ther was a shuttle bus that they provide also ther was a car rentals at the airport... don't take a cab because u will need a car to drive around.
I took uber also.

You will want a car so shop rentals.
Call the hotel about the shuttle service. As for getting around Orlando you will need a car.
If your just going to the resort, uber. But you may want to consider rental car.
I would say uber is probably the cheapest.
We drove so from Chicago so I couldn't tell you.....sorry
