Yeah that's about right about 60 65 miles to the nearest beach
They have a beach area on the lake that is in the middle of the resort, but the actual beach is far.
Closest beach would be cocoa beach. Anout 65 minutes with light traffic (which is rare)🙂
Grande Vista, Orlando, is in central Florida. It is approximately 1 hour to either coast. Tampa/Clearwater (west) and Cocoa Beach (east) are around an hour drive. It is about an hour and a half to Daytona.
