If you are a owner.
Marriott harbour lake is at another property and not on The Grande Vista property. The only way to use that pool if you are an owner at Harbour lakes.
You can enjoy any pool on the property. You are not limited to the pool that's near your room.

No you cannot is what I presume as the wifi with the vista's room # didn't work in harbor lake .. IMHO
