When you make your reservations, ask to make sure. I'm pretty sure they do have availability on the large property. Honestly, I didn't pay attention as we left early and returned late.

Yes . Indeed some are. When making reservation ask for these rooms and they will accommodate you.

I imagine they do. It would amaze me if they did not have villas that were handicap accessible. Especially with the renovations that they've recently done. I would definitely call the concierge though to make sure!
