Breakfast is not included but Cafe24 was a good option. Also, te coffee shop in tower 2 was not a bad option either for something quick.

No not unless you book a package that includes breakfast. They have a quick service area called Cafe 24 were you can purchase food 24 hours a day then they have a restaurant called tropicale that serves breakfast lunch and dinner
