My deposit was $500 for 45 hours with my own insurance..It only cost $48 for the rental. I've never paid that much for a rental deposit in my life. RIDICULOUS!
$500 for deposit and its been 3 weeks and has not been returned.
My rental was 5 days long. They wanted $1000 deposit even while using my own insurance. I told them hell no im not paying a $1,000 deposit. They "talked" to their manager who supposedly said to bring it down to $500. I paid it....ridiculously high for a rental still. Then I had a full month with back and forth phone calls between me, route rentals and my bank. They were holding my deposit and wouldnt release it. Took my bank opening an investigation to get it back.
Deposit depends on length of rental and u can use ur own insurance. The sunpass is 11.99 a day
