They left us stranded at the airport this evening with no rental car and a medically fragile child that needed to be hooked up to a feeding pump...carrying all sorts of medical equipment and a wheelchair The employee LITERALLY told me “ma’am it’s not my problem cancel your reservation and go rent somewhere else “ I cannot believe this!
They don't care about you only your money. You make a business or destroy it by choice. Report BBB and don't use them again.
They got me for 500
Garbage company, poor customer service, reservation made through Expedia for 11 a.m. didn't get called up to the counter til after noon and told I couldn't get the car, too late to cancel the reservation. No car, no refund, totally in the budget.
Souds like a bad company.
They are scam artists, authorities should get on it soon and they should get class action lawsuits
