Think you're better off calling to get an exact total or going through a website like Travelocity to book. Travelocity will give you the total right then and there. Just double whatever that figure is to account for a deposit that should be released once the car is returned, undamaged of course.

No idea about the cost, but trust me, just pay the extra 5 dollars a day or whatever it might be and get one from a desk at the airport. The NU rental desk is actually a 15 minute drive out of the airport on a shuttle bus. Pretty sure your 12 passengers won't appreciate that journey with luggage after a flight.
