Do not use this company. Absolutely do not use.

I agree completely - this was a horrible experience we had in Costa Rica. Do not use them. They are complete thieves. They told us we had to buy MANDATORY car ins for $350 plus a $3000 deposit or $550 with a $1000 deposit or they wouldn’t rent us the car. They told us that the collision ins I already purchased from Travelocity was garbage. My father rented from the same airport, same time, but dollar rental and their car ins was $180 which was much more reasonable than what we paid. The agents were rude, liars, and they basically robbed us. I would never use them again.

They tricked us into spending $70 in Orlando for toll pass. Thieves!

What's wrong with them? Me nd my family used them a few weeks back. A couple days into my vacation the check engine light came on in my vehicle, I brought it back nd got a free upgrade plus a later return time.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Too many hidden fees, you have to wait forever to get your deposit, and the employees need better customer service training.
