Yes definitely, same thing happened to our family. Van had roaches and used less than 10 hours instead of the whole week,and they did not gave us a refund for the remainder of the week. Orlando location is horrible!!!

Horrible customer service!!! Not recommended. When you arrive to take your car they will charge you for almost everything and to give back your $200 deposit they take forever.
