How long do you keep hold on credit card, I prepaid for my car though hotwire and the toll fee came off another credit card. What are you still holding my $200 for on my card almost 10 days later? This is ridiculous.
NEVER..EVER rental from NU Car Rental out of Miami. Horrible experience! Shuttle never arrived at airport to pick us up! Customer service was the worst! DO NOT Patronize this business! Rental fees extremely high booked through Price Line.

Horrible customer service!!! Not recommended. When you arrive to take your car they will charge you for almost everything and to give back your $200 deposit they take forever.
When returning the car will they shuttle me back to the airport or will the pick up the car when I take it to the airport?
