It is a complete rip off. Exactly what everyone has said- they charge you much more than originally stated with hidden fees and forcing you to pay for their insurance coverage. Totally ridiculous and we will never do it again. Stick with the tried and true companies. We had an absolute awful experience start to finish.

Do not rented you are HORRIBLE

Very dissatisfied with the service, we hired a device with Internet, which did not work, they were informed what was happening and their response was that it was an error of the company and that they did not return the money. Really scammers!

We work every day to offer an excellent service, in this case the reliant company works with portable Wi-Fi devices with the company T Mobile and yesterday 10/31 nationwide the portable Wi-Fi system was shut down for a few hours
