The worst. Don't come to this scamming establishment. Forcefully cancelled my reservation due to credit just to keep my reservation deposit. Real snake oil salesmen. Stay away from this Avis Budget on Rosalind. Very rude staff. Zero Star for this scamming company.

My husband and I have rented from this location multiple times. We make sure to clean the vehicle and fill up before returning every time. Today however, upon reviewing our reciept we were charged almost $100 for fuel despite the tank being full when we returned our rental. After calling and going around in circles with the associate, who refused to get a manager, the charges were finally reversed. My husband never spoke to the manager and certainly didn't appreciate the time wasted for a bogus charge. Be careful and review your receipt line by line. Had this not been my experience today I would have recommended this location to friends and given 5 stars. The associate didn't even try to apologize for the error. Don't waste your time here.

Make sure you double check the car before you take it for them. They will try and hold you accountable for already damaged vehicles
