Been with them for yrs since i moved to riverside. Tried different internet services this is the most stable. Cable is OK same as all the others. Anyone who says their not happy or talks about a contract probably works for another service provider trying to talk bad. If they really were trying to get service and were unsatisfied then they would know that CHARTER dosent have contracts. Meaning u can cancel anytime. Thats what i like. Not stuck in a contract and then having to have to pay fees if i cancel lol. Just read some posts on here and im like what? Dosent even make sense. Fake lol. Also remeber that ppl will always be unsatisfied and only review when their mad lol. Its like life when they do something good u wont hear about it but let them do something bad, oh no. Lol

I left ATT DSL to get Charter Cable and have been quite happy with it. I can't remember a single outage. When I started i had the 30 meg line at $30 a month the first year. Great! Second year it went to $45. Still fine. Third year it went to $60 a month but they doubled the speed to 60 meg. Totally worth it. I never had to deal with them again after the tech did the install. Which was done very professionally. I am moving and have to have it turned off and the lady I talked to on the phone was pleasant and got me thru the process quickly and painlessly. OI wish I could get Charter where I'm moving to.

Never had a problem with tv or internet. Cheap & reliable. My husband would be on the xbox & I would be on my laptop with no lag on either one. We only cancelled our service because we moved out of the service area.
