Absolutely terrible. I moved all my stuff cross country twice in 1 single U-,Box previously. I have acquired more stuff since then, but nothing bulky. They claimed my 2 U-Boxes were over the weight limit and couldn't be picked up. I absolutely did not acquire 2,000 pounds of stuff in the last year. We're out hundreds of dollars for flights that had to be canceled and are missing important events. Currently.in the process of meeting with lawyers to file a lawsuit against these fraudulent, extortionist scam artists.

The bad reviews for propane are true. The employees hate working there and will not help you. I asked for help and got nothing but attitude. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Hey Uhaul, if you don't want to sell propane, don't sell propane.

Slow service. Tells me 5 min then takes 2 other customers who came in after I did. Took 25 min to get service Propane fill literally took 2 min. Have the rentals who came in after wait their turn

Terrible experience here. Customer service is abysmally slow and they never answer the phone, it just routes to the regional customer support office. They misread my reservation number, and I had to wait around for 20 mins while they told me they didn’t have my U-Box ready for me to unload, only to discover it had been ready and sitting in the parking lot the whole time. Then they charged me an extra $108 a full week after my reservation ended and everything was returned and said it was for “storage.” I contacted customer support who confirmed the charge was an error and said the store would contact me to refund it. The store has never contacted me and each time I have attempted to reach out to the store directly, I’m routed to the regional customer support office, which is unable to process the refund. Don’t trust them with your business, they’ll steal your money and dodge your calls.
