My parents recently moved in to whispering fountain apts. There is a constant issue with visitor parking.this issue has lead to my mother's care giver vehicle being towed. There is a bigger issue with access into the complex. Twice I tried to call my parents via the gate directory but it just went unconnected..One of those time was an emergency. Also troubling me is that you will be penalized $1500, for any breach of the renters agreement.

Because it's a senior living not a homeless shelter pluse we don't have shopping cart parking. Most homeless come with friends n baggage.
