Why can this place give senior citizens who are disabled 60 or 30 notices to vacate for allowing a family member who is suddenly homeless to stay with you

Because it's a senior living not a homeless shelter pluse we don't have shopping cart parking. Most homeless come with friends n baggage.

To the person that left the remark about "this is not a shelter" and "homeless come with friends and baggage" and "there's no place to park a shopping cart". Shame on you! You're rude!!! This is a person's family member. Loved One And when one of your family members become homeless (if you are like that to your on family, shame on you again). You're a cold heartless person. That has nothing to do with giving 30 or 60 days notice to move out being a senior citizen and/or Disabled. Your comment is appalling, seek counseling, get a heart. Absolutely rude b****. And yes I agree there should be some leniency in allowing a disabled senior citizen a 30 to 60 day notice to move out but to the guest not on the lease they'd have to leave immediately. But society's not like that anymore, There's no compassion, no respect, no morals. And it comes from people that made comments like these when they raise their kids.

Because the lease signed by the lessor clearly states NO ONE other than the signatories on the lease are allowed to reside in the apartment.
