Employee turnovers seem to be a thing here. But I have to say I have no complaints. I have always been treated well. 95% of the time I always got the vehicle I wanted. The other 5% great surprises. Thank you, all of you guys both past and present!

This is seriously the slowest car rental place I have ever been too. I’ve been waiting for a car for over an hour, as well as the other 8 people that were here before me, and the 7 people that came after me. You could learn a new language before you get in a vehicle. You can literally take a flight to LA and pick up a rental in an airport before you will leave this place. 0 out of 5 star. Never coming back. Update: I waited 3 hours for a rental. But the guy was nice and accommodating lol.

This site has been awesome! We have rented from them several times and EVERYTIME has been excellent. The customer service, the willingness to let us take our time, step back and check deals they have suggested. They have saved us money, showed us how our Costco can save us money and time. COSTCO member services didn't even tell us!! The agents here are professional and attentive. I would like to also point out they are ALWAYS dressed very dapper. I love this site. I wish all Enterprise had this level of service, dependability and pride. I'll be back! Oh!- the car is very very nice too!

Yes for most rentals you can just confirm at pick up
4-wheel drive vehicles can have the effect of giving over-confidence while driving in the snow. 4-wheel drive does not help a vehicle to come to a stop. Similarly, traction control does not help a vehicle come to a stop. They both work to allow the driver to maintain control while moving. Any vehicle with anti-lock brakes will be able to stop better in the snow than one without.

No you can't. They only will do it with a credit card or debit card. O just rented a car last month and when I returned it i tried to pay it off in cash and they would not except cash. And its not because im under 25, hell I'm 62
Yes. They will pick you up and take you to the rental office to do the paperwork and give you your car. They are great. Oh, spend the extra money for the insurance coverage. It will save you if you get in an accident. You can hand the keys to the office and walk away if you opt for extra insurance you will have peace of mind
