Great food and drinks, but on top of that excellent customer service.

Well run Sky Club conveniently located between the tram station and Delta gates. Friendly front desk. Good selection of breakfast items. Lighting was subdued and the atmosphere relaxing when I visited early on a weekday morning. Good variety of seating and tables.

You must be flying Delta and show your boarding pass at check in.
You can pack liquids in your checked bags, but not in your carry-on luggage.
No it's a bartender paid bar. No free alcoholic drinks. Very very limited free non-alcoholic options
Not that I have ever seen. Just searched the Delta app. It says No. CLT is a United house.
Lounge is available, if you are 1st class in Delta flight you can access.
Look for the sign 71-78 gates, Delta Sky will be on your left, near from Starbucks.
