Purchased a brand new home over a year ago. During purchase it was noticed a window was broken. LGI stated they would take care of it right away. Over a year later and I am still begging for the window to be replaced on an almost half a million dollar home. Why am I begging you to do what you said you would do? Unfortunately we live in a world where this google review will help me get the attention I need to get the issue resolved.

It’s terrible that I have to write a review to attempt to get attention to the issues of my home. We bought our house less than a year ago and notice some issue that we’re not our faults. Attempted to bring the issue to our builders and they continue to ignore our situation although we are in our warranty. There is clearly a hole in home that would not address. A work order has been placed and they simply bypass it. THIS IS THE WORST BUILDERS. They are nice upfront and when you buy, they just forget about you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. Feels likes our house is falling apart slowly.

I bought a house from lgi home in lavergne TN and they didn't make a walkway for my house.. i have never seen a house without walkway.. it is strange...i have to walk on the grass and the mud and go inside the house. No drive way. I am not happy about buying house here. Do not waist your money on buying a house here.
