I have been bringing scrap metal to the small scale for years as a matter of fact I brought scrap yesterday to this exact location. A supervisor name Danny denied access. His attitude was persona non grata. I have observed several people bring scrap to the small no problem. Never again, if you are a person of color do not do business with Express Scrap Metals.

Yes you can.
You cannot sell broken TVs they have very little scrap value it any and may contain toxic chemicals you may have to pay to throw it away at a landfill
