I quit coming to this so called restaurant over a year ago. Came back today and the drive thru was closed and we were asked to come inside. Who wants to get out of their car and go in there??? No one! Everybody was driving off. My question is this: WHY IS THIS THE ONLY MCDONALD'S THAT HAS NOT BEEN RENOVATED AND UPDATED ???? It still looks like a store from the 80's and 90's. I wonder if it's because it's in a BLACK neighborhood??? Somebody answer that question. The owner is putting all his profits in his pocket instead of investing in updating the raggedy, old, outdated building. That's an easy answer. This is the ONLY STORE IN CHARLOTTE THAT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED!!! WHY?

We came through drivethru at midnight on Saturday july16th, 2022. Took over 30 min to get from the speaker to the window. Then took another 20 min for anyone to come to the window once we reached it. We finally were handed our food and all but 2 of our drinks. We waited another 10 min for the female employee to come back to the window to help us. We told her we were missing 2 drinks that came with 2 combos that we paid for and she told us “hell no kracker, we not givin you another drink”. We were appalled at the racist comment and the nerve for her to deny us what we paid for. This establishment should be embarrassed to have this girl employed here. The lack of customer service and the presence of racism at this McDonalds is unforgivable. We never got the items that we paid for. Terrible location,

The young kids in there are so unorganized and rude this place should be shut down I sat there for over an hour trying to get a Happy meal for my 5 year old son and the ghetto girl had a nasty attitude and there was a guy in there who could take an order or could not step out to pass out food claims he called the police I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on the police they never showed but when I pull off he had the audacity to walk out to take a photo of my vehicle this McDonald should be closed down immediately it is bad for the franchise

Bojangles is my favorite chicken place. I must say this has been the best Bojangles establishment Ive been to. The chicken was fried good, hot and golden brown. I'm not a biscuit lover but this was the best Bojangles biscuit I have had since being here 2018. It was delicious! The employees were nice and service was quick!
