The guy in the drive thru was super nice! Didn’t get his name, but this was our first time trying Jack in the Box and it did not disappoint! Definitely recommend

Always come back here for their breakfast options but yesterday it poured and the part where you tell them your order doesn't have anything to cover you from rain, so I got all wet and the inside of my car too, just in 30 seconds. I wish they would install something in there for the rain.

I'm done with this location. I'm a regular breakfast customer. I understand challenges during these challenging times but I do not encounter issues at any other fast food restaurants I visit. They never open at the same time every day. You drive over only to be told they are not open. You can't call before driving over because no one answers the phones. Their website states open at 6am. I just left from there at 730am because I was told they would not be open until 8am. If you consistently have issues opening before 8am, then change your website time to reflect opening at 8am. I'll start buying breakfast sandwich items and making them myself. Its not worth the almost 10 bucks you get charged for breakfast plus the gas to and from there.

In drive through at 9:30 pm, they close at 10. Was told they are closed. Had to reverse out of drive thru with 3-4 other cars. Other jack down the street was also closed at 9:45 though google and corporate website says close at 10. Contacted corporate office and got no response.
