so the first time I came, I waited 20 minutes before a single receptionist came. Today we came to see Dr. Anwar about chronic pain, and she told us that there shouldn't be pain a year after an injury so she didn't believe us. Then she said "Ive made a referral to orthopedics and sent you a prescription, our assessment is done." When I asked her for more information, she said "I dont know." So now we have a referral and absolutely no information about where we can go for orthopedics. Not a buisness name, nor a personal name. Not any gauge of when we can see then, nothing. Theres no point in going here. You'll come out more questions than you had in the first place. The most unprofessional experience Ive ever had.

Coming from an area with plenty of great healthcare options, Ridgecrest's providers are disappointing. It takes months to get a routine appointment with this clinic, the staff don't answer calls or respond to voicemails if left. I called about a prescription weeks ago and they still haven't gotten back to me about it. This provider has also ordered additional blood labs for me that they label as "routine" but aren't considered by many insurance providers or the national healthcare standard as routine, leaving me to pay out of pocket for them. If you do go here be careful of exactly what they are ordering for you or expect to pay a couple hundred dollars out of pocket.

Customer service is terrible. Phone calls not returned. You can't even make an appointment without leaving a message and when you leave your message it takes days to get a return call. It took a 20 minute wait in line just to check in for an appt last time. Drs say they are short staffed. No wonder people go outside of ridgecrest for medical care.
