I would have give them a zero stars if I could the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life the attitude of the people there was out of this world then when I pulled off and got on the highway none of the food was right the manager was just as bad as the staff !!!!! I know we probably shouldn’t expect too much from a fast food restaurant but Dave must be turning in his grave !!!!!!! Close the store!!!!!

I was very disappointed that I was not able to use the advertised free beverage with the purchase of my sandwich. And I was very disappointed with the fact that although I am 57 years old they would not give me a senior discount on my meal. I ordered a Vanilla Frosty & was told they only had Chocolate. I did like the soft drink machine that had a variety of flavorings you could put in your soda. However, a few times I pressed the button and did not receive the soda option that I requested.

This Wendy's tries to maintain prompt courteous service. Food is always fresh. Lunch time long wait (15-25 minute) for drive thru. Dining area closed due to lack of employees..

Had too many problems at this location. I'm done. Ordered an apple pecan and got my order after 30 minutes in line. Why the employees here operate so slowly, who knows. I get the salad and it's covered in shredded cheddar--no blue cheese as advertised. Product was not as advertised. Wouldn't be much of a problem if it wasn't just what I've come to expect from here. If they were out of cheese and decided to substitute, I would have appreciated some transparency about what I just paid for instead of just being handed what appears to be evidence that the employees don't even know the menu. Simple, I was kinda looking forward to that blue cheese. And I don't appreciate the implication that customers won't even notice or care. Too many little incidents like this from this location. I'm done with this one. Don't give this location your business. There will always be something, every time, guaranteed.

Supposedly all the night shift employees quit a day ago. So I wouldn't count on it. Good riddance though. There were some horrible employees still on the team. Management at this location is awful.
