It's Taco Bell, they all pretty much taste the same. I live close to this one so I go regularly. Service is hit or miss, depending on the day. Somehow, no matter what, my order is always wrong or missing items and I don't find out till I get it home. But... it's Taco Bell, it's not worth taking things back out throwing a fit. The workers are stressed enough as it is I'm sure.

JB is rude as ever, yelling and not giving customers a chance to talk. No accountability for giving out the wrong order. We called to merely state that the order was nothing we paid for and he just hung up on my daughter as she was talking. Secondly, I drove back to the Location to return the food for a refund and he was condescending, provoking, yelling at me and refusing to allow me to answer as he tried to barrage me with telling him my order. I also plan to make a formal complaint to corporate for the time and energy wasted. JBs attempt to compensate for the lack of skill by treating others rudely to feel superior was challenging to experience. Save time and visit another location to avoid chaos.

Went to drive thru and was told they were only doing mobile orders. So I placed a mobile order, went back to the drive thru, sat at the speaker for 15 minutes with no cars in front of me. The person answers and says they will be with me in about 15 more minutes because they had large door dash orders to complete. So unprofessional and unorganized. Will not be back at all

Decently good a Taco Bell, the store does what it needs to do and is never too full. Food is usually decent enough quality though they could be more stringent with the consistency of food amounts. But I get my same food and it usually is the same each time I go get it. So kudos to the managers that run it efficiently.
