Very worst service always delay on taking order and after waiting in long que in drive through they say cash only ! REALLY worst service I never had a such kind of experience !! Show in action what you written in wall !!

We were in a hurry this morning, but we've got kids and have a strong preference for eating inside. So we waited the 10 minutes for the dining room to open. It was supposed to open at 11. It didn't. 11:05, still not open. 11:07, we decide to ask them to unlock their doors so we can come in and eat. Nope. They only have 2 people working today, so they aren't going to open the dining room. PUT UP A SIGN, SO WE DON'T WASTE OUR TIME! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this is one of the few Wendy's that actually included all the food we ordered, and they actually salt their fries.

No one at the late night drive through window, had to bang on the window to talk to someone despite the location being open for another 5 hours. Evening staff appear to have no training and were unable to fulfill my order. 0 stars if I could as I never received my food or a refund from a mobile purchase.

Horrible 🤦🏽♀️ I usually have my card with me at all times and when I was in the area I decided I would stop by Wendys for dinner. Big Mistake. I placed my order and when I got to the window I realized I left my card at home. My mistake. When I asked the girl with two long braids and orange tip nails if they accepted apple pay she said no and I told her I left my card at home. I was going to let her know that I was going to place my order on the mobile app so that I can pay it from there, and before I could even get to that part of the sentence she slabbed the window in my face before I could even finish and walked away. Just plain rude. The cashier with red braids came to the window and asked me what was wrong. She kindly accepted my mobile order and asked me to pull up until it was ready. Every time I come to Wendy's she always provides great service and I kindly appreciate her for it. I wish the other coworkers were like her. I pulled up and she gave me my bag and walked away. When I opened it, I only had two orders of fries when on the receipt stuck on the bag clearly stated a Baconator meal. Oh brother. 🤦🏽♀️ The dining room is closed so I had to go back around the line and wait another 20 minutes for them to correct my order. Just a waste of my time.
