The food was freshly prepared but the need more workers. There was only 3 ppl in the store which caused the drive thru line to move slow. I waited 30 mins in the line for my food. The lobby is still closed. That sucks.

Got breakfast meals for a coworker and myself. Got to the last 2 bites of my breakfast sandwich and immediately could feel the strands of hair as I pulled away from my mouth. Not gonna call and complain, I'm just not going back there.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. One week it’s cash only. Next week it’s no cash… Who is running this place? I promise I will never go back to this Wendy’s… And I will encourage everyone in Rock Hill to never waste their time at this Wendy’s ever! It’s terrible!!!

Used the mobile app to place a non-custom order. When I arrived, I notified the app and parked in the "Mobile Order" Parking. After 15 minutes, I tried to get the staff attention by knocking. I even called... But the call was sent to voicemail. I even tried accessing corporate tech support from within the app. Finally, an employee came out for a smoke break. I asked about my mobile order... And a few minutes later, I received my meal (cold) and my soda in a heavily condensed cup. Both had clearly been sitting, waiting. I asked the employee, "What happened? Did my order not go through?" She replied, "Nah, it did. We're fixing it." I am not sure what they're "fixing" because there were SO many points of failure. Sorry, guys. One star.
