This location is the WORST!! There is ZERO parking anywhere I even went out of my way to find parking 3 blocks the opposite way. The answering service is terrible and rude. They refuse to forward me to the office so I can speak to them and figure out the parking situation and just tell me oh well you’re SOL because everywhere else is booked.

The absolute worst doctor's office in Hoboken, I will never come back here. The staff are incredibly rude and unmotivated, I waited for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. The communication is horrific, I went in for a physical only to be told after that fact that because my throat is croaky I cannot have one. My fast for bloodwork was approaching 16 hours due to the wait, what a waste of time.

The number works they just don't answer. You have to a so many times for them to pick up and when they finally do they put you on hold for 20 minutes
If you are lucky you can get street parking and be on a meter. I think it's $0.25 for 15 minutes or maybe it's $0.25 for 10 minutes up to 2 hours max. If you don't have coins you can use the app that's marketed on street signs all around the neighborhood. The parking garage looks like it's owned by Hertz rent a car so don't be confused. It is also a public garage but it's quite pricey in my opinion but maybe it's average for Hoboken. You can expect to pay around $12.50 in terms of the amount of time needed for a typical visit to this doctor. Up until very recently the doctor did validate parking at the garage but on my last visit a couple of weeks ago they called me the night before my visit and informed me they were no longer validating parking. you could inquire with them to see if they are validating again because I'm sure I wasn't the only patient that was less than amused with that news 😔.
It's best if you contact Riverside Medical Group main number...I had the same Problem... Good Luck
