While my nails turned out beautiful, it hasn’t even been a full week yet and two nails have broken. For $105 + 20% tip i would’ve expected them to last longer than 6 days. Im not from the area but definitely wouldn’t go back. update : reduced my review as im sitting here with another nail broke and is heavily bleeding. nails break eventually but this is ridiculous. a serious waste of time, money and pain.

Treasured was my favorite spot in Boston for dip until now. I really think it all depends on the nail tech you get. This dip manicure was $85. I’m willing to pay that for quality nails but these just weren’t that. Also, the nail tech sliced the side of my finger with a regular file (not the drill). It bled quite a bit and it truly hurt so bad to the point I left in tears. Other fingers were knicked with the drill. In total I have 3 cuts but the one pictured is the worst - like a deep paper cut. When I left I told the man at the front desk about the cuts and was told “sorry we started using new tools” but I repeatedly told him she somehow cut my skin with the basic nail file, and he continued to blame it on new tools. I don’t think any trained nail tech should be leaving cuts on anyone’s hands regardless of “new tools”. You should never ever have to leave a nail salon as a paying customer in pain and bleeding, that’s not normal. I was told all they could do was take $5 off. I truly wish this never happened because Treasured was my go-to salon but unfortunately I don’t think I can return :( Definitely some amazing nail techs here but you have to know who to see and request them rather than risking seeing the nail tech I did and paying $85 for an experience like this.

Trish was amazing!! I usually always struggle with letting the technician know how I want them to shape my nails but she did an AMAZING job with shaping my nails and also doing dip french manicure for me. Thank you so much and I will be back in two weeks to get them redone. They look so natural and I want to keep looking at my nails, all thanks to you! I highly recommend this nail salon!!
