Had a terrible experience this evening. I came in looking for a walk in pedicure and they said they could fit me in no problem. It quickly became clear that they were way overbooked. The tech rushed through a 50 min service in 22 min (yes I timed it because it was crazy). The polish is full of bubbles but worse than that, my nail shape is completely destroyed. My toenails are so tiny it looks like they were cut for a baby. Honestly the shape I could get over but they are as sharp as razors. I very gently brushed my foot against my leg and have a gash because my middle toe nail is so sharp it cut me. Long story short, if you are booked just say that. Don’t tell me you have time and then destroy my feet. I will never be coming back here.

First time going to this place, and it was absolutely AMAZING. I’m in love with my nails, Christina did an incredible job. 10/10 recommend!!!

This is one of my favorite salons to go to. Their prices can be a little steep. The salon is small but they also have a lower level. They have been following all COVID guidelines. Everyone is pretty nice. I usually go there to see Lee. Lately I have been doing walk ins because of my work schedule and I’ve been pretty satisfied with my nails. I usually get acrylics, a refill, or gel nails.

I just moved to the South End and was skeptical to leave my trusted salon in Southie, but I'm so happy I tried this place out. It was super clean, they sanitized every station after each customer use, the ladies were incredibly nice and Lee did an amazing job on my nails! Their dip powder selection isn't as large as my other place, but they do have a good amount of colors to choose from. I've exclusively been getting dip manicures for the last 2 years and have never had this amount of attention given to my nails. Lee also gives a great hand massage at the end which was amazing. Love love love this place! I've definitely found my new favorite neighborhood salon!
