Staff was nice but my 3 sisters and I booked with a tech for each of us. When we arrived there was only 3 people there and only one knew how to do nail art. I had to wait over an hour while the 3 techs worked on my 3 sisters. One tech had to switch between all of us applying and shaping the acrylics. It seems there is a vast experience difference between all three of them. My sisters and I were underwhelmed with our nails , especially for the price we paid. I also wanted to note that I given different prices between two of the techs. I also want to make note that when removing the nails it seems like they used the unsafe type of acrylic? It was so difficult to get off, wasn't easy to scrape off even after a long soak in acetone and stayed shiny throughout the removal process. Would not recommend to anyone unless they are going for a simple manicure. Reply: reservation was under my sister Sofia’s name and the appointment was Aug 08 for 14:00. I decided to make the review when we decided to take the nails off. I made the review for the right place.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Had to share. The picture says it all. And despite a terrible job, I still tipped them because I feel badly not. However, I asked to break a $100 bill and she gave me back $10 bill as the smallest of the change. When I asked to break that she just assumed the whole $10 was for her and quickly walked away. I was too irritated to even yell for her to correct it as a 30% tip was most definitely not what I intended. But I remind myself it’s just money. And thus a poor review in hopes that they read this and hopefully clean up their act!

Booked a last minute appointment to get my nails done for graduation bc my usual place was full, and went in with no expectations and I had a fantastic experience. It was my first time getting extensions and I was nervous, but my nails look incredible. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and the place is super clean. My nail tech was so cool and talented and the level of care that went into making sure each nail is perfect was super impressive. Truly the best manicure I’ve ever had, I will be back!!
