I came here for help with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I see my therapist virtually. It has helped a lot and the medications have been good. I waited too long but am glad I finally sought help to help me through graduate school. I wish this help were as available in other parts of the country. In the Midwest where im from there isn’t a lot of mental health.

This was a good experience overall. I was referred by my primary care. You have to set up an initial appointment with one of the doctors which is pretty thorough. After they tell you what treatment is recommended. I ended up doing therapy and medication for my anxiety. While I am not 100% I am doing much better.
