I wanna say thank you to Dr. Al-Khouri for helping me and taking the time to listen to me and my struggles. He has changed my life and for the better, With his help I have been able to take control of my life all the way down to my eating habits and for that I am forever grateful. I am healthier and happier than I have been in a decade+. So I want to say thank you again to Dr. Al-Khouri and his staff. 🙏

My original post was deleted. I went to this office about four years ago and there was a clerk named Mary who worked the front desk. She was extremely rude and I remember thinking to myself the only reason you’re able to treat us like that is because most of your clientele is on state insurance and don’t have any other options. Someone said that we feel like she’s rude because of the wait time which makes no sense. If that’s the case then we would find both of them rude. The other clerk was nice but I never went back to that office. Instead I just waited three months to be seen by an OU provider with my BSBS insurance. Dr. Al-Khouri had this nurse practitioner there at the time, this was May 2018. I had to wait four hours to see her and when I told her that I felt like I have borderline personality disorder this woman laughed and said I think all women have that. I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor. She got offended and said a nurse practitioner is just as good as the doctor. I don’t agree but I digress. So I had to wait another two hours to see the doctor. I told her I’ve been here all day another two hours won’t hurt. By the time I made it to his office I was crying because the waiting room was so freaking chaotic and the nurse practitioner didn’t take my concerns seriously. My appointment was at 10 AM and I did not see a provider until 4 PM. This place needs to be shut down. When you’re a first time patient they put you on a waiting list but they don’t tell you that until you come in. Had I known that, I would’ve had them schedule my appointment for 4 o’clock instead of 10 AM. I’m not sure why they do that but they do. As far as the doctor is concerned he was reasonably compassionate but I had to jump through hoops to get to him. I would not recommend.
