Would never order from these guys again. Just a terrible company to work with. I would much rather order through Grimco or Fellers. Website was down so I had to order over the phone, shipment never showed up, called in and said I should call the shipping company and deal with it or I could repurchase the items and I said I wouldn't do that and they hung up on me.

Pathetic and incompetent. Every aspect from their unprofessional “call center” customer service group. The branch manager is about as greasy as they come. Don’t waste your efforts if you need something, they fail miserably at executing on the commitments they make.
