I need to set up appointment and speak with someone about my accounts savings and checking and see why there is a freeze on them, and what will I have to do in order to get the freeze off of my accounts

It sounds like you need to contact a Wells Fargo bank branch. This location is for investment services (retirement accounts etc...) so they will likely be unable to help you. They share the name, but that's about the only thing that is common between the two.

No, this is a Wells Fargo advisors office for retirement account management. There are no banking services here.
