Called to inquire about purchasing a large industrial size floor cleaner. The guy that answered the phone was rude and seemed annoyed with all of my questions. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll spend my 2k elsewhere.

Do they sell to the public? I have a super small business so I don't usually set up a business account, but need a few supplies at times. Grimsleys in Stillwater was terrible recently so I am looking for a new place to pick up supplies.
