Used to only ever get gas at Oncues. Went inside to prepay for gas and a water, come outside to see a strange woman at my vehicle. I tell her to leave and she hangs the pump back up and leaves. I go inside to speak to a manager about this. And he is very rude and short with me, and tells me that I’m responsible for this woman messing with my vehicle and using the pump while I was at the cashier. The security guard was inside joking with the cashiers the whole time, instead of watching the parking lot. Love that oncue let someone steal gas that I prepaid for, and the manager was rude and told me it was my fault, and couldn’t get a return or anything. Wish I could leave 0 stars instead of 1.

It is sooooo cold in this store. Every SINGLE time I go here it’s freezing cold. I feel so bad for the employees to know they are freezing cold and can’t wear adequate layers! Literally -48 degrees Fahrenheit in this place.

Customer service is nonexistent. Cashier holds out her hand and say in an annoyed voice "I has to run it back here." Who talks like that? Have you ever heard the word "have"? She runs my card and just hands me my card and receipt. No "thanks" or "have a good day." You're in the wrong field lady.

Came through yesterday got some gas . first time I paid I grabbed the wrong nozzle and had to put it back….that’s cool so go back in to repay I and the first payment hasn’t came back to my card yet I tried to call but no answer guess I’ll wait
