They never deliver my mail. They always claim nobody lives at my address when it's obvious someone is living here. They are horrible, absolutely horrible at doing their job. Call no answer, submit claim online and get the run around. Go down to location, they give you the run around. Absolutely no accountability but want more and more of our money. Finally signed up for informed delivery so I can at least see the mail I'm not getting. I have had 2 peices of mail delivered in the last 2.5 years. Covid tests I ordered went from Missouri to this location and out for delivery. To status of no one living at address after 2 weeks of supposed out for delivery status. Sent to Kansas then back to OKC location for another out for delivery status, then to again, no one living at residence then sent to sent to Colorado... On and on, never received, last status was Colorado out for delivery today. I gave up. They never came, it's been over 6 months. Took 2 months to get a mother's day card from Michigan. Had decided it would never come. My daughter was so disappointed and so was I. Just sickening the carelessness. I could go on but it's just more of the same pathetic unexcusable mess of an organization. Get your act together USPS!!
