Cole Battles

This post office refuses to deliver mail. Then they act extremely rude when you walk in and politely ask to pick up your mail. Of course they won't do anything to try to solve the issue of why something was held at the post office for 1-2 weeks without your request. And they'll yell at you for asking a simple question like, "can I do anything to fix this?"

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The elderly woman I interacted with was SO RUDE, I was stunned. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. She gave me one “lesson” after another about how I should ask for and say things. She was degrading me for her on pleasure. I am a very polite person and I had a prepaid package. I only asked for some tape and that was the wrong thing to do apparently. Not at my regular post office, just at THIS one. I should have been in and out! Her supervisor and coworkers witnessed it and no one stopped it. I don’t know what is going on at this place, but that woman should have be fired immediately! I would never allow my employee to treat anyone the way she does. Do NOT recommend this post office, avoid it like the plague!

Can they even read I'm always getting my mail from a neighbor because they always leave it on their house not my not the address the is in the envelopes and I'm always getting someone's mail that isn't my worst part is that is not even a new mailman is the same one for a long time now 😑
