Placed a pretty simple mobile order. A biscuits and gravy meal, a SAUSAGE egg and cheese mcmuffin and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It’s pathetic that from now on before you leave the restaurant that you will have to park and fully open up your order and check everything. I thoroughly enjoy getting back to the house and everyones order is correct except mine, and i paid and ordered the food on their app. Is reading a requirement here?

ALBEMARLE ROAD location: Big Mac was skimpy and dry, hardly any Mac sauce, all lettuce and pickles. Fries were served lukewarm. Every single employee had a ho hum attitude, no thank you at the register or when serving the food. Wait time was long. Terrible overall, but then McD's is gaining that reputation at most locations. I usually try to say at least one positive thing but tbh, there isn't anything I can think of! Won't be back.

I'm not agreeing or disagreeing just wanna say that this location no longer has me as an employee here so I'm not sure but it never has barely any ice with all the money McDonald's company have and this store makes and yet they still have a disfunctional ice maker. It's very pathetic.
I've never been in the back, but service has issues. Long waits, order errors. But they try. Requires patience.
