I wish I could leave a negative 0 review. I have been so patient with this pharmacy and given them so many chances. I am a patient with celiac, cancer, and multiple ongoing infections. I am at this pharmacy, several times a week and every single time without fail. There are issues. I have never seen such horrible communication. I have to call and confirm medication’s each time. They are called in and call again to make sure they are actually ready. The WORST customer service.

I too have experienced the long lines due to understaffing but have put up with it b/c of the $ I save on Rx over CVS or grocery store pharmacies. But recently they over changed me and my insurance company. I had an Rx transferred from another pharmacy to Walgreens. It had only a 60 day supply left. When I picked it up I did get the 60 day supply, but I was surprised at the higher price per month than the original pharmacy. After a couple of weeks I got an EOB from my insurance company stating that they (and I) were charged for a 90 day supply. Because it had been over a week since the overcharge corporate would have to cut a check. And that is going to take 4 to 6 weeks. They'll steal your $ in a second but good luck getting it back anytime soon.

I visited this Walgreens this morning. First of all I would like to say that the negative review that I am about to talk about is not directed at the Pharmacy part. I did pick up a prescription and the Pharmacist that assisted me was great. I give her five stars. Again the one 🌟 is not for the Pharmacy. After I got my prescription I needed one more item. I proceeded to get it and went to the check out. It was really early I would say around 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. When I went to the counter the cashier was looking at my roll along bag. I do not have a car at the present and have to depend on bus and train. I was going to the grocery store afterwards. That lady did not need to look at my bag and assume that I was a thief. I get so tired of that and it is descimination. I found myself apologizing to her for having my bag which I never should have apologized. I think the reason I did was because I wanted her to know that I noticed her looks. I will continue to come to the Pharmacy and pray that lady is not there when I come. I will never purchase one more item from the front. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place that allows cashier's to treat customer's in that manner. I really hope that a manager will read this and stop such actions. I expect more from cashier's.
