This ER is horrible. The general attitude is very rushed, and transactional. We waited for a doctor for 7 hours, had to escalate to the nurse supervisor/house supervisor just to be seen. You are made to feel as just a number, and has really made me lose faith in humanity and hospital staff. I am writing this at 3:00 AM And have been here since 3:00pm yesterday. I am so glad I didn’t leave my partner without someone to advocate on her behalf. If you have a severe medical emergency I recommend bypassing St Frances.

I truly feel many of these 5 star ratings are workers there or fake! Same as most complaints here! Seems there to quick or to slow and no middle ground. This hospital is definitely not same anymore as many years ago when was there. Doctor looked like a teenager. Unfriendliness staff, that look as in pain when try be friendly. Seems normal over there just ignore, do job quickly like a meat factory. Young doctor was quick to diagnose, and wouldn’t let the X-ray tec do the standard X-ray you will get when complaining about chest pain. Also said tested for cov results be in next day in emergency room. Was just a swabbed test. Was told I can look up blood results online when I asked, and just a quick see you have high cholesterol, goodbye your discharged exit that way 🥹

They have good tests here and can help solve a problem but you better believe that you’re going to spend all week waiting. No exaggeration… Just for one test… place moves so incredibly slow. They kept me overnight. Didn’t really monitor anything… ran a few tests over practically 2 days THEN… to get results took all damn day the next day…. From tests that they do onsite and get instant answers for. Yet we have to wait another 11 hours just sitting around in the ER…. People have real emergencies yet here we are waiting for small test results that my local doctor could’ve done on site………. Couldn’t speak to the doctor that I originally came to speak to. Absolute insanity. Let me really make this clear. They will help you EVENTUALLY… but you really best be prepared to spend an eternity here before you get any real type of answer about anything…. And then spend another eternity for tests “just to make sure” I can’t wait to see how much they charged insurance for this visit.

The hospital staff was very nice and friendly here.

Not really in the emergency room but you can call the Dr referral line or the main number and there will be a prompt for it. You do have the right to refuse treatment from a Dr., with a good reason and able to make decisions, then another Dr will be assigned to you, don't think you will need to do that 95% of the Drs are the best in the world.
Yes they have valet parking hours start at 8 am till 11 pm
They ask for immunization record otherwise you go through a rapid test.
You need to talk to your cardiologist and explain that to them. The can adjust your medication or give you something else.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes Haztolah. Ill get u number.

Do you except United health care and medicare
They accept insurance from all over the country, but you can call your insurance company to ask them and to see if your doctor is in network with them.
Go to medical record office and fill out the form to request for your records
Can't speak that language
you have wrong number
I'm not aware of any local street called Community Boulevard, However, there is a Community Drive not too far ( in Manhasset) away from St Francis on which you'll find North Shore University Hospital
Robert Beverley Medical records
Think all will deliver flowers to hospital
Address it to Patients Relation
You can make check out to hospital and send to hospital administration.
The Catholic Health System...so any Catholic hospital (St Joes, Mercy, St Catherine, etc)
No, but can call the operator and transfer to Medical Records Dept. and speak with staff.
Ask your PCP for a referring doctor at St. Francis who accept that insurance
